2. Project execution - once we receive approval we will commit a team to address the issues agreed upon and through a dedicated project manager give you weekly progress reports.
3. Transition - as the project reaches completion the project manager will initiate a transition plan to ensure that any skills or information needed by our client is transitioned over in a timely manner.
